Sporting Clays Tournament – Sponsor Registration Form

All proceeds benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children. For over 80 years, Shriners Hospitals for Children have provided some of the best medical care in the world, totally free of charge, to over 900,000 children with orthopedic problems, severe burns and spinal cord injuries. In 2008 Shriners Hospitals for Children entered into an agreement with Georgia State for the treatment of children from Georgia under the Georgia Peach Care program for children. This treatment will be totally without cost to the children and to the State of Georgia, it is fully expected that over 500 children will be treated under this program.

Sponsors are needed to support the Tournament costs.
  • Bronze Team Sponsors (6 shooters and advertising) are $1,000.
  • Silver Event Sponsors (12 shooters and advertising) are $2,500.
  • Gold Event Sponsors (24 shooters and advertising) are $5,000.
  • Platinum Event Sponsors are $10,000. – Contact us to discuss this custom type of sponsorship level.

Sponsors will be acknowledged during the fundraiser with on-site signage and banners, depending upon sponsorship level.
