Sporting Clays Tournament - Individual Registration Entry Form

All proceeds benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children. For over 80 years, Shriners Hospitals for Children have provided some of the best medical care in the world, totally free of charge, to over 900,000 children with orthopedic problems, severe burns and spinal cord injuries. In 2008 Shriners Hospitals for Children entered into an agreement with Georgia State for the treatment of children from Georgia under the Georgia Peach Care program for children. This treatment will be totally without cost to the children and to the State of Georgia, it is fully expected that over 500 children will be treated under this program.

Class System:
  • 5 Classes – A, B, C, D, EEvent Shooters
  • Lewis Class System Will Apply
  • THERE WILL BE TWO FLIGHTS
Prizes Will Be Awarded to 3 Places in All Classes:

PRIZE PURSE $10,000

  • 1st Place -    $900
  • 2nd Place -  $675
  • 3rd Place -   $425
Individual Entry Information:
  • $125 Each Shooter
  • All Individual Shooters Are Welcome and Will Be Put Into a Squad By The Shoot Coordinator

* Golf carts will be available for rent at the shoot:

  • Golf carts are first come first served.
  • Golf cart rental is $25.00 for the full day of shooting.
  • The golf cart tent will be located near the registration area.
