Sporting Clays Tournament - Individual Registration Entry Form

All proceeds benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children. For over 80 years, Shriners Hospitals for Children have provided some of the best medical care in the world, totally free of charge, to over 900,000 children with orthopedic problems, severe burns and spinal cord injuries. In 2008 Shriners Hospitals for Children entered into an agreement with Georgia State for the treatment of children from Georgia under the Georgia Peach Care program for children. This treatment will be totally without cost to the children and to the State of Georgia, it is fully expected that over 500 children will be treated under this program.

Lewis Class will apply:

  • Classes contingent on shooter participation. Event Shooters
  • Prizes will be awarded to 3 places in all classes.
    • 101 shooters or more (A, B, C, D & E)
    • 76 – 100 shooters (A, B, C & D)
    • 51 – 75 shooters (A, B & C)
    • 26 – 50 shooter (A & B)
    • Under 26 shooters (A)
  • Prizes to be awarded:
    • 1st $ 200
    • 2nd $ 150
    • 3rd $ 100

* All scoring will be done on individual shooter.

Individual Entry Information:

  • $75 per shooter if paid before May 19, 2012 (day of the shoot)
  • $100 per shooter if paid on May 19, 2012 (day of the shoot)
